02 / Our approach
Strategy starts with practical questions: what is changing, who has influence and what is at stake? With that understanding, we set a course and work alongside our clients to follow it.
We identify emerging signals, influential stakeholders and tensions that could reshape the landscape.
We distinguish urgency from significance. We assess implications and agree on priorities for the organization.
We define messages, relationships and actions. We support implementation and adapt the strategy as the context evolves.
